Your fiber equipment is extremely fragile so we ask that you do not tamper with it and leave all technical connections or disconnections to our trained, experienced professionals.
To get the best WiFi connection, your ONT needs to be placed in a centralized location, so share where you would like the device to go with the technician who installs our equipment.
The ports on the back of your device can be used to connect other services such as TV and Phone. In addition, if needed, a Gigabit Ethernet switch can be used to expand the number of ports.
