What features are included with my RightFiber Internet package?

 Smart WiFi is included with every internet package! You can download the HomeTM App by Plume to your device and access the features of your network. 

The Whole‑Home WiFi package includes Smart WiFi, the Plume Home app, and SmartPods designed to optimize coverage in your home. During installation, a technician will determine the number of SmartPods needed and where to place them. You’ll also enjoy several premium features included with the service.

 

What is the Home App by Plume?

RightFiber has partnered with Plume, a nationally recognized WiFi partner.  Plume's trademarked Home app allows you to manage the features of your RightFiber Smart WiFi connection.

What do I do if I cannot log into my account from the Plume Home app?

Prior to leaving you home during installation, the RightFiber technician should assist you with accessing the Plume HomeTM app.  If you have issues accessing the app after the technician leaves, you should contact Technical Support at 833.717.4448.
