What to Expect for Installation

Welcome to the RightFiber experience! We're excited to connect you to our 100% fiber network, enabling you to have speeds of up to 5 gigabit per second. Here's what you can expect for your upcoming installation appointment. Keep in mind that someone over the age of 18 will need to be home for the installation.

Together with our RightFiber technician, we will survey your home to ensure the best placement of your fiber modem to optimize the coverage in your home. We are committed to being the Right partner for your fiber internet, tv, and phone services and will clean any mess from installation that may occur. The fiber cable will be temporarily placed on top of the ground until it can be buried permanently, which is usually just a few days.

Once your device is placed and the fiber cable is connected, your service will be active. Let us know if you'd like assistance in connecting your devices to your RightFiber service.
