Here's what you can expect for your upcoming installation appointment. Keep in mind that someone over the age of 18 will need to be home for the installation.

Our Rightfiber technician will call you when they are on their way to your home. At your home, they will wear disposable booties to protect your floors. They will survey your home to ensure the best placement of your fiber modem to optimize the coverage in your home.

The fiber cable will be temporarily placed on top of the ground until it can be buried permanently, which is usually over a few days. If drilling into your home is necessary to run the cable, we will have portable vacuums to clean up any mess that is made.

Once your device is placed and the fiber cable is connected, your service will be active. Let us know if you'd like assistance in connecting your devices to your Rightfiber service.
